We are located in southeastern Sicily at about 250 meters above sea level where our ancient olive trees and new plantations adorn the hills alongside carob, almond, and vine trees.

RESICULO in the kitchen, more than just a dressing, can be considered a true food. An oil that stands out for its bright green color, with an intense fruity aroma.
